ABOUT THE PROJECT

This 5000 Sq-Ft Smart Home underwent major renovations and was completed in phases to ensure the family had a liveable space while the rest of the work was ongoing. The ground floor and extension were given priority, with the upper floors and bedrooms completed at a later date.

The client’s main focus was on audio and automated window treatments, particularly given the stunning rear windows leading to the garden. Security systems were also a priority, including full CCTV coverage around the property and a video intercom at the front door to manage guest access while away.

To enhance the outdoor space, speakers were installed above the rear patio, along with lighting to create a cozy atmosphere for summer evenings. Inside, video and audio distribution were integrated throughout the main living areas, including a Samsung Frame TV seamlessly built into the design and ceiling speakers for music and radio.

The kitchen and dining area feature LED strips to illuminate shelving, wall sconces and pendant lights to highlight artwork, and a ducted AC system that blends into the ceiling, maintaining the clean aesthetics of the space.
