ABOUT THE PROJECT
This 8000Sq-Ft Leeds project is the most ambitious takeovers to date.
This home already had a Clipsal system in place that was failing and it was recommended that the client completely overhaul it to a Control4 system which they were more than happy to do so. The project was carried out in stages due to the extensive interior renovations taking place.
The cable infrastructure and lighting were a priority at this stage with other features and components being added to down the line. The home now features an incredible entrance lobby with stunning Control4 lighting and audio video systems which run throughout the entire property.
Underfloor heating runs through the entire property meaning that it’s always warm and welcoming for the client and their guests.
Some of the standout rooms include a renovated garage which is now a golf simulator and a massive basement pool room which features a gym and sauna.
